Should You Eat Breakfast or Skip It?

Why would someone skip breakfast:

  1. They don’t like to eat early in the morning after they get up

  2. They are rushing to get out the door

  3. They are Intermittent fasting

Why would someone eat breakfast:

  1. They eat in the morning to feel good and feel mentally prepared for the day

  2. They feel nauseous if they don’t eat

  3. They want to fuel their body with vitamins an minerals first thing in the morning

  • Burn calories throughout the day

  • Better memory & concentration

  • Lower levels of “bad” LDL cholesterol

Coffee Banana Breakfast Shake:

8oz cold brew coffee

1/2 banana

2 scoops vanilla protein

 ½ cup ice

 blend together
